Read Lisa Wolschina's Bio of Community Service
A lifelong resident of Haddonfield, Lisa’s impact on our community spans decades, touching lives through her professional success, educational contributions, and unmatched dedication to service and philanthropy.
Growing up in Haddonfield, Lisa’s connection to the town began at birth. But during her time at HMHS, where she excelled both academically and athletically, lettering in tennis and track, serving as a class officer, and being inducted into the National Honor Society was the jumping off point. She graduated from Princeton University with a degree in history, later earning her MA in education from Rutgers. Lisa returned to HMHS as a beloved social studies teacher, coach, and advisor, earning admiration for her intellect, compassion, and dedication to her students. In 2021, Lisa was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Haddonfield Alumni Society.
In 2002, Lisa transitioned to a career in real estate, where her exceptional talent and work ethic quickly propelled her to the top of the industry. She is the managing broker of Lisa Wolschina & Associates Real Estate in Haddonfield. Lisa’s achievements include the NJAR Circle of Excellence Award (2007–2024) and recognition as a Platinum Level Producer every year since 2013. Under her leadership, her office has become Haddonfield’s premier real estate branch, reflecting her tenacity, business acumen, and commitment to excellence.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lisa’s contributions to Haddonfield’s civic life are unparalleled. She serves on the board of the Haddonfield Educational Trust and is a previous board member of the Haddonfield Outdoor Sculpture Trust. Lisa has hosted and sponsored fundraising events in her home to support HET and local initiatives such as Twin Oaks. She is a steadfast supporter of community projects, including the Healthy Running Series for Kids, the HMHS Drama Club, and the Fortnightly’s “Women in the Arts” program. Lisa was extremely involved in organizing and hosting the Rally In The Alley to support the HET. She organized and recruited the volunteers, solicited the donations for the auction items and kept everyone in good spirits along the way! Whether organizing school supply drives, cooking for the Ronald McDonald House, volunteering & collecting items for The Cathedral Kitchen, supplying Thanksgiving meals for Haddonfield families in need, dropping off lunch for the teachers in town, or collecting prom dresses for students in need, Lisa’s tireless volunteer efforts embody the spirit of giving back.
Lisa and her family are long time members of the First Presbyterian Church in Haddonfield, where she and her daughter have attended mission trips to help those less fortunate and her son has served as a deacon.
Lisa is always there when there is a need. At the last minute, the current chaperone for the HMHS German exchange trip had an emergency and needed to cancel, so Lisa stepped in to save the trip.
As a leader and mentor, Lisa is deeply respected by her colleagues and agents. Her compassion and steady guidance have shaped the careers of many, exemplified by her ability to inspire confidence and foster success within her team. Her generosity, both in her time and resources, has become a cornerstone of her reputation in the community.
Lisa is also a devoted wife to her high school sweetheart, Chris, and a proud mother to their three children: Cameron, Mack, and Logan. Her ability to balance the demands of family, career, and community is a testament to her strength, grace, and dedication.
Haddonfield is fortunate to have someone like Lisa Wolschina, whose unwavering commitment to our town has left an indelible mark on countless lives. She is truly deserving of this
