What is HCA?
(Haddonfield Civic Association)
The Haddonfield Civic Association (“HCA”) is a non-partisan organization established in early 1911 and incorporated in 1922 as a non-profit.
The Association’s objectives are to “inform the public of subjects beneficial to the community, to promote the discussion and study of civic issues, and to organize public discussion groups, panels or similar programs relating to the general welfare of the residents of the Borough of Haddonfield.”

The HCA proudly maintains a close working relationship with the Haddonfield Foundation, and provides a member representative to the Foundation to help the two organizations remain cognizant, aware and supportive of each other’s goals, programs and objectives.
