Commissioners Meeting February 2nd – Bancroft Kickoff

This Groundhog day saw the lifting of a shadow that has hung over the borough as we were introduced to a new firm to create a redevelopment plan for the Bancroft parcel. The Civic Association hopes to keep you informed every step of the way so you can come to an informed decision on this topic.

Haddonfield Mayor’s Breakfast and COTY

Congratulations to the 2011 Haddonfield citizen of the year breakfast hosted by the Haddonfield Lions Club. The Citizen of the Year for 2011 is Joe McElroy. Special thanks to Bob Parsons for providing a copy of his video to the Civic Association to share with you all.

Board of Education Meeting January 13, 2011

This is the first 2011 meeting from the Board of Education. They also reviewed the 2011-2012 budget, school calendar, and curriculum recommendations for next year.

Commissoners’ Meeting January 11, 2011

We finally tracked down the microphone gremlin to a bad power outlet at Borough hall…during our filming. The audio is soft then much better, but passable for the entire recording.

Commissioners’ Special Meeting December 20th

This special meeting was held to select a new redevelopment firm to replace Hayer Gruel and devise a plan for the Bancroft parcel. Sorry for the 30 second audio cutout. An audience member accidentally pulled out our mic. The response to the question about Bancroft possibly bringing suit if they don’t like the redevelopment plan, the answer was that they could at any time.
