The big issue on the agenda of this meeting was a zoning use variance request by a developer looking to build at Boxwood Hall on Haddon Avenue. Although the Zoning board tabled the application as it waits for COAH (The Council on Affordable Housing) to rule first, the discussion on if they should hear argument or table the issue was lively.

Special thanks to citizen Vlogger Frank Houston for attending and recording this meeting

The HCA provides recordings of public meetings unedited so you get a full view into these meetings. At the commissioner meetings the 4th grades students from Elizabeth Haddon are invited to participate in the civic process. The HCA has decided to not record these children as the business of the meetings has concluded. This week however there where important public comments after the 4th graders presented, so at 45 minutes into the video you will see an edit just after Mayor Colombi offers the floor to the students and picks back up just as the last student sits down.
